Every year RIT's Baja team—Riot Racing—builds a new off-road car from scratch to compete in an international collegiate event. It's a team that goes back to the 90s and always attracts an eclectic, bonded group fostering growth in areas beyond just mechanical engineering.
As a constantly rotating roster of members, it is the duty of each year to build upon and improve the previous year's contributions; and prepare for the next.
As the lead visual designer for the team, I am responsible for preserving the image of RIT Baja and sculpting it into something that will grow and continue for many years to come. Each project demands its own unique approach and always the challenge to create something both fresh and authentic.
